- The Express finish strong going 4-2 at the largest tournament in the country. After a disappointing Tuesday, the team kicked it in high gear capping the tourney with an inspired performance over The F?rm AC.
- Albany Gym Rat Challenge - 2010

- Team Lady Express finish in the Elite 8 with a 4-1 record at the prestigious Albany Gym Rat Challenge. On the winning side of the ledger they outscored their opponents 195 to 121.
- ELE - Binghamton - WNY Flyers - 2010

- Lady Express traveled to neighboring Binghamton to face the best teams in Western NY. The ladies finished 4-0 and took the U16A division championship.

- Three of the Lady Express teams enjoyed a fun practice together. 16U National, 13U and 11U teams got together at EFA to run through some drills and scrimmage as a mixed group.

- The Lady Express hosted a 30+ team tournament at 5 different venues around the Elmira Area. The team went 3-0 capped by a big win over cross town rival Crystal City Stars.
