Brittany Schrock scores 21 points leading Keuka College to its 5th straight win

Junior Brittany Schrock led Keuka with 21 points and five assists. The Keuka College women’s basketball team won a close game against the visiting Eagles of the College of St. Elizabeth by a score of 63-55 at home on Sunday. The Storm were led by Junior Brittany Schrock(Elmira Lady Express) with 21 points and 5 assists. The Storm win its second straight game against a North Eastern Athletic Conference (NEAC) foe and improve to 7-5 overall. The Eagles slip to 9-7 on the season. Both teams managed 11 first half field goals while the Storm held a 3-point (28-25) advantage at intermission. Keuka again outscored the Eagles, 35-30, in the second half and used a big advantage in free throws (13-6) to stay ahead of St. Elizabeth. Keuka shot 46% (22-for-48) from the floor while St. Elizabeth shot 39% (21-for-54). Keuka held an 8-rebound advantage (35-27).
