Elmira – Get used to hearing Raegan Ryan’s name because she’s only a junior. The Canisteo-Greenwood point guard is the WETM-18 Sports Athlete of the Week for the second time this season after a tremendous performance over a two-week span.
Last week she scored 35 points against Jasper-Troupsburg, leading the Lady Redskins to victory. Even bigger, though, is Ryan scoring the 1,000th point of her career Thursday night over Avoca. C-G will look for revenge when it travels to Wellsville on Tuesday, the only team to beat the Lady Redskins this season.
